The German Shepherd Dog Club of North Florida, Inc. is THE place for GSD lovers in North Florida.

 

We’re an eclectic group of people who come together to celebrate the strength, beauty and athleticism of this wonderful breed.  

 

So what do we do? 

​

• We hold AKC conformation specialty shows annually. We’ve also hosted Futurity/Maturity shows for the German Shepherd Dog Club of America. Beautiful German shepherds come from all over the Southeast to compete.

• The Club holds fun matches and try-it workshops so that members can learn something new.

• Members compete with their dogs in a wide range of dog sports – conformation, obedience, dock diving, scent work, barn hunt and agility to name a few. If there is something fun to do with a GSD, we probably have a member doing it!

• Members and dogs hike local parks, visit historical sites, spend the day at the beach, dine in dog-friendly restaurants and raise money for charity.

• We meet monthly to share information and celebrate each other’s accomplishments. Meetings include guest speakers and learning topics and lots of laughs.
